T. Brent Jordan has represented individuals and small businesses in complex class action litigation in state and federal courts since 1995. Mr. Jordan was formerly associated with Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP in Minneapolis.

Mr. Jordan is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned dual B.S. and B.A. degrees and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993.

After law school, Mr. Jordan was the first law clerk to complete a two-year term for the Honorable Raymond L. Erickson upon his appointment as United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Mr. Jordan’s article regarding the Supreme Court’s decision in Amgen v. Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, 568 U.S. ___ (2013), “Amgen a Victory for the Investing Public,” was published by The Legal Intelligencer in May 2013.

Mr. Jordan became associated with Bonnett Fairbourn Friedman & Balint, P.C. in 2007. He is a father of two.
