Carrie Laliberte’s practice focuses on consumer class action, representing plaintiff classes in major insurance fraud, unfair business practices, false and deceptive advertising, and product liability cases.

Ms. Laliberte received her law degree from Arizona State University, having received the Jeremy Govekar Endowed Scholarship. During her time in law school, Ms. Laliberte served as both Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and research assistant to Professor Chad Noreuil. She also authored “Cutting the Fins off of Federal Shark Laws: A Cooperative Federalism Approach to Shark Finning Legislation,” 46 Ariz. St. L.J. 979 (Fall 2014), and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. Ms. Laliberte graduated cum laude.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Laliberte attended Washington State University, where she was on the President’s Honor Roll and received the Cougar Academic Award as well as the Mary Jane Parker Beach Award from Kappa Alpha Theta. Ms. Laliberte also served on the University’s Conduct Board and as CFO for her sorority. In 2012, Ms. Laliberte received her Bachelor of Science, graduating magna cum laude.

In her free time, Ms. Laliberte enjoys spending time with her dogs, making homemade goodies such as salsa and cookies, playing softball, and attending spin classes.

Ms. Laliberte is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Arizona.
