Mr. Wallack's practice focuses on premises liability, wrongful detention, professional malpractice defense, and real estate law. Mr. Wallack has defended various apartment complexes, shopping centers, and real estate and construction professionals. Mr. Wallack has also assisted insurance companies with coverage issues. Mr. Wallack has substantial motion practice, arbitration, mediation and trial experience.
Mr. Wallack is a graduate of the Arizona Bar Association’s College of Trial Advocacy. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Wallack also serves as a Board Member for the Windsor Square Homeowners’ Association. Mr. Wallack is a former Board Member of the Maricopa County Young Lawyers Division.
While in law school, Mr. Wallack was an editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and clerked for Mesch, Clark, & Rothschild, P.C.
