Andrew Evans devotes the majority of his practice to real estate development, commercial transactions, and corporate issues. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona.

Prior to joining Bonnett, Fairbourn, Friedman & Balint, P.C., Mr. Evans worked as a software analyst for four years with Motorola in Tempe, Arizona, and the J.M. Smucker Company in Orrville, Ohio. Mr. Evans subsequently left the information technology industry to pursue training as an investment and financial analyst, participating in the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst program prior to law school.

Mr. Evans received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. He received his law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2006, where he was a Pedrick Scholar, the recipient of the John J. Ross Business Award for excellence in the study of Corporate Law, and the recipient of CALI Excellence Awards in Advanced Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate Law, and Homeland Security Law. While in law school, Mr. Evans also served in a government externship with the Department of Homeland Security in Phoenix, Arizona.
