T. Brent Jordan has represented individuals and small businesses in complex class action litigation in state and federal courts since 1995. Mr. Jordan was formerly associated with Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP in Minneapolis, where he made contributions in support of the firm’s lead role in cases such as In re Polypropylene Carpet Antitrust Litig. (MDL 1075) and In re LaserMaster Securities Litig. (D. Minn.). He also has on occasion been a guest speaker at continuing legal education courses on the subject of civil procedure.

Mr. Jordan is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned dual B.S. and B.A. degrees and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993.

After law school, Mr. Jordan was the first law clerk to complete a two-year term for the Honorable Raymond L. Erickson upon his appointment as United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Judge Erickson now serves as the Chief United States Magistrate Judge in his District.

For a period of time Mr. Jordan also enjoyed considerable professional success outside of the field of law. During the height of the dot-com era in the financial markets, Mr. Jordan advanced to elite status within a NASDAQ trading firm in New York. He combined smart and aggressive risk-taking skills with technical proficiency to rank annually in the top 5% of the company’s traders as measured by profits generated, and was one of the most sought-after trainers at the firm. Since a return from Wall Street to the practice of law, his accomplishments have included contributions to the community through pro bono work at a social services agency assisting neglected children in Philadelphia.

Mr. Jordan became associated with Bonnett Fairbourn Friedman & Balint, P.C. in 2007. He is a father of two, and is married to Leah Stolker Jordan, an in-house attorney formerly associated with Berger & Montague, P.C.
