Guy Hanson's practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, worker's compensation, appellate practice and class action litigation. He has analyzed coverage issues under commercial general liability, professional liability and automobile policies, and has represented insurers in superior court and appellate litigation over coverage issues. His worker's compensation experience includes advising employers on procedures for complying with Arizona's workers' compensation laws and handling of the claims process. He has also represented employers in every phase of workers' compensation litigation before the Industrial Commission of Arizona, including special actions before the Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hanson received his B.S. in Forestry from the University of Florida in 1976. He returned to law school in 1987, and received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1990. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1991. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
