Based in San Diego, CA., Manfred Muecke is a member of BFFB’s class action litigation group. For over a decade, Mr. Muecke has advocated on behalf of individual and small business plaintiffs as well as professional associations and unions in a wide array of complex matters including antitrust, investor & financial fraud, insurance, misleading consumer marketing & sales practices, data privacy, civil rights; and employee wage & hour and misclassification. Mr. Muecke is admitted to practice in the California Supreme Court, all United States District Courts in California, and the United States Court Of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Over the years, BFFB and Mr. Muecke have participated in the successful recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars BFFB has helped attain on behalf of aggrieved consumers, investors, employees, and insurance policyholders.

Prior to law school, Mr. Muecke worked as a special education teacher in Long Beach, California as part of the Americorp Teach For America program and is still an active member of the Teach For America alumni corps. Mr. Muecke is also a registered member of the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe located in Havasu Lake, California and has served as the Chairman of the Tribe’s economic development corporation.

Mr. Muecke has spoken at seminars addressing the practice of class action litigation. He is an active member of the American Association of Justice, Impact Fund, San Diego County Bar Association’s Committee For Ethnic Relations & Diversity, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of California, and is currently the vice president of the San Diego Native American Law Association.
