Mr. Dykstra is a trial attorney who handles cases throughout the State of Arizona. Mr. Dykstra's practice focuses on insurance defense, professional malpractice defense, premises liability, dramshop law, wrongful detention, products liability, real estate law and transportation law.
Mr. Dykstra represents grocery stores, insurance companies, real estate agents/brokers, architects, engineers, pharmacists and transportation companies.
Mr. Dykstra received his B.S. degree from Northern Arizona University in 1986. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Dykstra is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, American Bar Association (Section on Tort and Insurance Practice), State Bar of Arizona (Trial Practice Section; Real Property Section) and Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
