Christina Bannon's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on disability insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and unfair business practices in the insurance and healthcare industries.
Ms. Bannon received her B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, where she was named Outstanding Graduate of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Ms. Bannon received her law degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University, where she served as Associate Articles Editor for the Arizona State University Law Journal, earned Honors in Research and Writing, and was named Law Student Fellow for the Arizona Bar Foundation and a Pedrick Scholar.
Ms. Bannon is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Bonnett Fairbourn, Ms. Bannon was employed as a law clerk for Judge E. G. Noyes, Jr. at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ms Bannon has also served on the board of directors of the St. Thomas More Society and Soroptimist International of Camelback.
